This operation configures the called and calling addresses that will be used in X.25
call setup if SNA is being transported over the frame relay link via a logical X.25 port.
To complete the connection, the software must recognize where the call is coming
from (calling address) and where it is going (called address).

When you add a new Subscriber record, the change will be written to the database as
soon as you enter the final parameter value. When you modify a parameter in an
existing record, the change will be written to the database immediately.
The change will become effective to the subscriber as soon as the next call is placed.
