Configuring Async Pads
This operation creates records for the called and calling addresses that will be used in
X.25 call setup if async traffic will be transported over X.25 or (via an X.25 logical
port) frame relay. To complete the connection, the software must recognize where the
call is coming from (calling address) and where it is going (called address).

When you add a new Subscriber record, the change will be written to the database as
soon as you enter the final parameter value. When you modify a parameter in an
existing record, the change will be written to the database immediately.
The change will become effective as soon as the next call is placed. (The change will
not affect a call in progress.)
