with the database.
Action:
Make certain the INM/NMP is disconnected from the operational

Severity:
3
Meaning:
Someone has tried to configure an N74/7500 async (standard) LP
daughter card port (4–7) as something other than async.
Action:
Change the Port record to show the port type as async.

DBM error –1 reading (file) "n" block "n"
Severity:
1
Meaning:
The database manager has encountered some problems with the disk
or the file.
Action:
Contact
68.
DBM can't open file (filename)
Severity:
3
Meaning:
The database manager cannot open the file. This error message will
only occur during initialization of the database manager (start-up of
the INM/NMP software).
Action:
Restart the INM/NMP. If the problem persists, it may mean that
your disk is corrupted. In that case, you need to restore the database
with a good copy. (See

LOGTSK can't create (filename)
Severity:
3
Meaning:
An attempt has been made to back out a file creation transaction.
This transaction cannot be backed out, and the database master flags
this node as needing database recovery.
Action:
Wait for the message telling you which node needs recovery, then

Meaning:
The database logging task was unable to create or open the database
