The procedure below details how to refit the motor, axis 1.

Action
Remove the cover of the connection box.
Disconnect the connectors R3.MP1 and R3.FB1.
Remove the connection box by unscrewing its
three attachment screws and plain washers.
Use a marker pen to mark the position of the
motor (A), if the same motor is to be refitted.
Unscrew the four attachment screws and
washers of the motor.
Gently lift the motor straight up, making sure
not to damage the motor pinion.
Action
DANGER
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumat-
ic pressure supplies to the robot!
Check that the assembly surfaces are clean and
the motor is un-scratched.
Fit the new o-ring.
