The output shaft is an integral part of the front bevel box assembly and cannot be removed.
Remove the input shaft (see Input Shaft - Removal).
1.
Slide fifth gear from the shaft.
2.
Remove the circlip from in front of fourth gear.
3.
Remove the splined thrust washer from the shaft.
