Chassis Electronic Control Module (ECM) - Removal
Before starting work, ensure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported. This will help prevent it
from falling and causing injury to the operator or damage to the motorcycle.
Remove the rider's seat (see Rider's Seat - Removal).
Disconnect the battery, negative (black) lead first.

Release the wing nut and remove the chassis ECM cover.
2.
Disconnect the chassis ECM connectors (see Chassis ECM Connectors).
3.
Remove the chassis ECM from the under seat tray.
