Test

Check fuse integrity:
- Main fusebox, fuse 1 (PS1)

Check cable and terminal integrity:
- Chassis ECM pin A16
- Chassis ECM pin A15
- Windscreen connector pin 6

Check cable for short circuit:
- Chassis ECM pin A16 to ground
- Chassis ECM pin A15 to ground

Check cable continuity:
- Chassis ECM pin A16 to swinging
arm position sensor pin 5
- Chassis ECM pin A15 to swinging
arm position sensor pin 1
- Chassis ECM pin A16 to windscreen
motor pin 8
- Chassis ECM pin A15 to windscreen
motor pin 7
- Windscreen motor pin 6 to ground

Reconnect Chassis ECM, turn ignition
to ON position and measure the
voltage between windscreen
connector pins 8 and 7 (harness side)

Proceed to test 4
Locate and rectify wiring fault, proceed
to test 8
Reconnect harness and proceed to test
5
Locate and rectify wiring fault, proceed
to test 8
Proceed to test 6
Contact Triumph service
