"EPS" Warning Lamp Does Not Come ON at Ignition Switch ON But Leaving

TROUBLESHOOTING
Step
1
1) Turn ignition switch ON.
Do the other warning lamps come on?
2
1) Ignition switch OFF.
2) Remove and inspect the "P/S" fuse.
Is fuse in good condition?
3
1) With ignition switch OFF, disconnect P/S
control module connector ("G13").
2) Check for proper connection to the P/S con-
trol module at "G13-2" terminal.
3) Measure resistance between "G13-2"
("BLK" wire) terminal and body ground.
Is it infinite (∞)?

Go to Step 2.
Reinstall the "P/S" fuse,
and then go to Step 3.
"BLK" wire circuit open.

"BLK/YEL", "BLU/ORN"
wire circuit or "METER"
fuse open or short to
ground.
Check "BLK/RED" wire
circuit for short to ground.
If OK, replace the "P/S"
fuse.
Go to Step 4.
