Installation Procedure
1. Install and position the transmission mount (1).
CAUTION
!
Refer to "Fastener Notice: " in Cautions and
Notices.
2. Install the transmission mount-to-frame bolts (3).
Tightening torque
Tighten the bolt to 50 N⋅m (37 lb ft).
3. Install the transmission mount-to-bracket through
bolt (2), while aligning the transmission mount to the
bracket.
Tightening torque
Tighten the bolt to 110 N⋅m (81 lb ft).
4. Lower the stabilizer shaft and connect the stabilizer
links.
Tightening torque
Tighten the stabilizer link nuts to 65 N⋅m (48 lb ft).
5. Lower the vehicle.

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to "Lifting and
Jacking the Vehicle: " in General Information.
2. Support the transaxle with a height adjustable
transmission stand.
3. Remove the transaxle mount to frame nuts (4).
4. Remove the transaxle mount to bracket nuts (2).
5. Raise the transaxle enough to provide clearance
between the frame and mount bracket (1) in order to
remove the mount (3).
