Center Rear Seat Belt Retractor To Seat Bolt

Tip: Apply GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489), Permatex® 24200 or equivalent on all seat
belt fasteners prior to installation.
Tightening torque
45 N⋅m (33 lb ft)
