6. Side Airbag Module
A: REMOVAL
CAUTION:
• Refer to "CAUTION" in General Description
before handing the airbag module. <Ref. to AB-
3, CAUTION, General Description.>
• The side airbag module cannot be detached
from the front seat assembly.
• When replacing the side airbag module, re-
place the front seat assembly.

B: INSTALLATION

C: INSPECTION
CAUTION:
Refer to "CAUTION" in General Description be-
fore handing the airbag module. <Ref. to AB-3,
CAUTION, General Description.>
Check for the following, and replace damaged
parts with new parts.
• Front seat is deformed or damaged.
• Harness and/or connector is cracked, deformed
or open.
• Lead wire is exposed.
