redirect_ringing
Allows to redirect an incoming call to a prespecified number using function
keys e.g. Speed Dial, Extension etc. Can be turned off to disable such
automatic transfers in a call centre environment.

Switch additional brackets on or off in the Signaling for Refer-To. Some
devices rely on this setting.
With Version 8.7.5 this setting splitted from being a global one, into one for
each registrartion.

If value is set to "on", for the REFER SIP message, the Referred-By URI
is enclosed with angled brackets. Some servers (e.g. Jive) rely on these
