Specifies the number to which calls will be diverted when the phone is busy
(setting fwd_busy_enabled). Note: This will only work if call waiting (setting
call_waiting) is disabled .

If turned any incoming call will be diverted to the specified number (setting
fwd_time_target) after the specified time (setting fwd_time_enabled) has
elapsed.
Diversion can either be handled by the phone or by a server, see setting
using_server_managed_fwd_time.

If the PBX is handling the redirection, it can be specified which star code
disables this functionality at the PBX for the specific identity.
