3.2.19.2 PROT.START.BIN

Parameter syntax
It specifies your own protocol. It consists of the user specified text to be attached at
the beginning of the BIN protocol (See chapter 6.5.1.10).
<value>
String type. It consists of 18 Bytes. If it is specified, the value will be displayed at
the beginning of the BIN protocol, including the dollar sign "$".
