<name>
Specifies the text of the menu or submenu item. Set the name to the string the
user sees for this item in the menu or submenu. The name should use a single,
specific word and it should accurately describe its content.
<command>
Specifies the action (a command or set of commands) associated with the
menu or submenu item. The action is executed when the user activates that
menu or submenu item.
