<output_state>
Specifies the kind of system messages to be transmitted to the redirected
channel <channel>. Add the sum or one hexadecimal number corresponding to
the message to be transmitted without leading "0x".

Notes
To deliver more than one status of system at once, specify the sum
determined by adding the corresponding hex value of each system status, for
example:

The default setting is "cmd,F", signifying that the system messages are
enabled and continually transmitted to serial interface and input messages
sent from the user will be processed and sent back to the serial interface.
Please note that, changes to these settings may set the MAMBOII device in a
mode where it can only be reconfigured via SMS. If the SMS communication is
disabled, the system cannot be reconfigured anymore. A Firmware update is
necessary to exchange information with it again.
