8. V-BELT DRIVING SYSTEM
Clutch Cover

Clutch cover removal

Release the 2 clamp strips of clutch cover ducts,
and then remove the ducts.
Remove clutch cover. (14 bolts)
Remove 2-dowel pin and gasket.
Clutch cover install
Install left clutch cover in the reverse procedures
of removal.
Clutch over inspection
Check bearing on clutch cover.
Rotate bearing's inner ring with fingers.
Check if bearings can be turned in smooth and
silent, and also check if bearing outer ring is
mounted on cover tightly.
If bearing rotation is uneven, noising, or loose
bearing mounted, then replace it.
