11. CRANKSHAFT / CRANKCASE
Remove the oil seal.
REASSEMBLY
Install the bearing.
Apply Grease to the bearing,O-ring and Oil seal
lip.
Install the oil seal.
NOTE:
When installing the oil seals, be sure the
stamped mark
on the oil seal faces outside.
Apply a small quantity of Loctite 262 (Thread
TM
locker) to the screws and install the bearing
retainer.
