S011: Dosimetry (without ring movement)

Unit is radiating X-rays
Excess exposure to X-rays is detrimental to health.
➢ Use the prescribed accessories for radiation protection.
➢ Do not stay in the X-ray room during exposure. Move as far away
from the unit as the coiled cable for the release button allows you to.

S011: Test step 14

Dosimetry with continuous radiation
A standard dosimeter is required for dosimetry.

1. Attach the dosimeter sensor in the middle of the combisensor.
2. Call service routine S011.14 [ → 258].
3. Use the arrow keys (A) to select the required kV/mA level, e.g. "85kV/
5mA".
4. Save the setting [ → 262].

The corresponding radiation time is displayed in selection field 2.
The corresponding radiation time "3.2 s" is displayed in selection
field 2.
NOTE: The radiation time cannot be selected separately.
Once the required setting has been selected, the Memory key (B)
lights up.
