    Safety information for Heliodent radiation protection: Customer observed. The statutory radiation protection equipment must be used. In order to reduce radiation exposure, Sirona recommends using bismuth or lead shields or aprons, especially for pediatric patients. During an exposure, the operator should move as far away from the X-ray tube assembly as the coiled cable of the manual release permits.
