If the cylinder contains gouges or pits it can not be repaired.
The rod wiper, rod seal, and retainer ring are replaced as new
in the seal kit available for this cylinder.

Be certain truck is safely blocked and
pressure is released. Some spillage of
hydraulic oil may occur.
When using compressed air, wear effective
chip-guarding
equipment. Compressed
cleaning MUST be reduced to less than 30
psi (207 kPa).
