Description
Tray approach switch faulty
operation..
Tray lifting operation does not
complete within 25 sec. after the tray
lifter motor operation has started.
Tray B rotation detection sensor does
not come ON within 300ms after the
tray B lifter motor operation begins.
Tray B is detected at a higher
position than the intermediate
processing delivery guide.
Tray B lifting operation does not
complete within 25 sec. after the tray
B lifter motor operation has started.
Lock signal detected after power
supply fan has been operating for 2
sec. or longer.
Lock signal detected after paper feed
fan has been operating for 2 sec. or
longer.
Horizontal registration sensor does
not come ON within 5 sec. after side
registration detection unit shift motor
operation has started.
Horizontal registration sensor does
not go OFF within 5 sec. after side
registration detection unit shift motor
operation has started.
Treatment/ detection timing
- Check the tray approach switch connectors.
- Replace the tray approach switch.
- Replace the finisher approach PCB.
- Check the tray A rotation detection sensor
connectors.
- Check the tray A lifter motor connectors.
- Replace the tray A rotation detection sensor.
- Replace the tray A lifter motor.
- Replace the finisher controller PCB.
- Check the tray B rotation detection sensor
