1) Open the front cover.
2) Slide out the saddle unit.
3) Remove the plate [1].

Points to Note When Mounting the Static
Eliminator
Be sure that the tip [1] of the static eliminator is fitted
into the hole [2] of the plate before fitting it into
place.
