Verify ACD groups and subgroups

To verify that ACD groups and subgroups are correctly defined, use the
ACDSHOW utility.
Before you begin
Before you verify the ACD configuration, you must log on to the CS 2x00/DMS
switch from a Maintenance Administration Position (MAP) terminal with a user
ID that has the privilege levels required to access the ACDSHOW utility.
Verifying ACD configurations
1 Check the ACD configuration using the ACDSHOW command. For more
information about this command, see the Translations Guide.
2 Ensure that the following conditions are met for each ACD group to which
ACD-DNs, phonesets, and agents are assigned:
The AGTASSN option is enabled.
The Variable Wrap (VARWRAP) option is enabled. When an agent
releases a call, the Variable Wrap feature prevents the presentation of
another call to the agent for a specific period of time. If you do not want
wrap-up time at the end of a call, set the wrap time to zero (0).
The Not Ready on Secondary DN (NROSDN) option is enabled. Use
this option if you do not want Contact Center Manager Server to present
calls to agents who are active on their secondary DN.
