Result: The utility prompts you to save the new IVR Voice port settings.
Tip: Before you save the configuration, ensure that you perform the
following tasks:
Assign a valid DN to the IVR Voice port.
Secondary DN (only one)
3-Way Conference (3WC)
Line of Business (LOB)
COD (Cut off on Disconnect)

To configure IVR Voice ports on the server
After you configure agent phonesets on the CS 2x00/DMS switch, you must
configure the IVR Voice ports in Contact Center Manager Administration. For
more information, see "Voice port configuration on the server" on page 133. The
IVR Voice ports configured on the CS 2x00/DMS switch must have matching
data configured in Contact Center Manager Administration. If, at any time, you
edit any of the data in Contact Center Manager Administration, you must
reconfigure the resource on the CS 2x00/DMS switch. To reconfigure an IVR
Voice ports, you must first deacquire the IVR Voice Port, edit the configuration
parameters, and then reacquire the IVR Voice port.
