MLS-DMS ACD sample datafill

This section describes and provides the basic order of tables that you need to
datafill to have a contact center work with a DMS/MSL-100. These tables are
for reference only to help you configure a computer-controlled ACD
environment. For customer creation, call routing and set inclusion, you must
datafill additional tables, but they are beyond the scope of this file. This sample
datafill supports SCAI17 messaging.
The sample datafill includes the CUSTNTWK table to add the ECM option to
the customer profile to enable the use of computer-controlled management.
In the SCAICOMS table, the ENHASSOC 100 option refers to the CDN
expansion from the basic 20 CDN association to an ACD group to the 100 CDN
per ACD group, as available from ICM release CCM13 or DMS/MSL load SN/
MSL 15.
