Type the length of the wrap period in seconds, and then press Enter.
When an agent releases a call, the Variable Wrap feature prevents the
presentation of another call to the agent for a specific period of time.
If the wrap period is set to a value greater than 0 (zero), when an active call
is released, the agent is not available to receive new calls for the length of
time specified.
If the wrap period is set to 0 (zero), when the active call is released, the
agent immediately becomes available to receive new calls.
If you do not configure Variable Wrap on the CS 2x00/DMS switch, the
Release Guard feature is enabled. Release Guard prevents the
presentation of calls to the agent for 1 second after an active call is
released.
Result: The OPTION prompt appears.

If you do not want Contact Center Manager Server to present calls to
agents active on their secondary DN, type NRONSDN, and then press
Enter.
ATTENTION
Result: The ENHNR option appears.

The server can acquire and monitor only one secondary
DN on each phoneset. Configuring more than one
secondary DN on each phoneset will cause problems on
Contact Center Manager Server.
