When IDSIZE changes to 5, all agents must use five-digit logon IDs. Existing
logon IDs have leading 0 (zero) padding. New agents are assigned a logon ID in
the range of 00001 to 30000.
KSETLINE table
The KSETLINE table defines the DN keys on keysets. You must perform an
update where tuples meet the following criteria:
FORMAT = ACD, ACDKEY= INCALLS, and IDNUM = Y.
KSETFEAT table
The KSETFEAT table defines the feature assignment on keysets. You must
perform an update where tuples meet the following criteria:
FEATURE = SUPR and IDNUM = Y.
IBNFEAT table
The IBNFEAT table defines the feature assignment on Integrated Business
Network (IBN) sets. You must perform an update where tuples meet the
following criteria:
FEATURE = ACD or SUPR, and IDNUM = Y.
Where this criteria is met, POSID expands to support five digits. Existing
Position IDs have leading 0 (zero) padding during ONP. The maximum Position
ID is 30000.
SERVORD table
The prompt for POSID now has a range of 00000 to 30000. This affects the
NEW, ADO, NEWAD and CHF commands.
After you convert an ACD group to a five-digit logon ID, all agents in that group
must log on using five digits. Agents can use pre-existing four-digit logon IDs
by dialing a leading zero.
After you convert an ACD group to a five-digit logon ID, you cannot convert the
group back to a four-digit logon ID.
