MG 3200 Lineside T1 CAS Overview
In an MPS-CS 2100 configuration, the MG 3200 provides access to the Public
Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The MG 3200 communicates using the
H.248 protocol and supports Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN)
Primary Rate Interface (PRI). An MPS-CS 2100 configuration supports North
American T1 protocols only. It does not support European E1 protocols.
Therefore, this chapter applies to North American configurations only. The
following networking diagram shows a typical MPS-CS 2100 configuration.
