At the prompt, type regedit and press Enter.
Result: The Registry Editor window appears.

Go to My Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Nortel >
ICCM > NITSM_service.

From the menu, select Edit > New > DWORD value.

Name the new DWORD value SNPA.

Right-click the SNPA registry entry and select Modify.

In the Value data box, type the SNPA information.
