Voice-processing subsystem configuration
Changing the framing clock format settings
Use the following procedure to change the clock settings from internal to
external, or from external to internal. This procedure applies to systems that use
one MG 3200 to interact with multiple applications or with multiple MG 3200s
for a variety of applications.
The superframe (SF) and extended superframe (ESF) settings that apply to the
CS 2100 market include the following:
T1_FRAMING_F12 = Super Frame = SF
T1_FRAMING_ESF_CRC6 = Extended Super Frame with CRC6 = ESF
If the clock setting is external, and you need to change the SF framing method to
ESF (or from ESF to SF) an internal clock setting, perform the following steps:

From the Embedded Web Server main menu, select Advanced
Configuration.
Result: The Advanced Configuration window appears.

On the toolbar, select TDM Bus Settings.
Result: The TDM Bus Settings window appears.

From the TDM Bus Clock Source list, select Internal.

Click Submit.

On the toolbar, select Trunk Settings.
Result: The Trunk Settings window appears.

Click Stop Trunk.

From the Framing Method list, depending on your system requirements,
select Superframe or Extended Superframe.

Click Apply Trunk Settings.

On the toolbar, select TDM Bus Settings.
Result: The TDM Bus Settings window appears.

From the TDM Bus Clock Source list, select Network.

Click Submit.

Click Save Configuration.

When the save is complete, click Reset.
