Verify RAN and music route configurations

If you correctly configure music and RAN routes, calls receive the correct
recorded announcement or music treatment.
Before you begin
Before you perform this procedure, complete these tasks:
1.
Define a CDN. Ensure that you correctly configure the CDN on the
CS 2x00/DMS switch and in Contact Center Manager Administration.
2.
Define two RAN routes. Ensure that you correctly configure the routes on
the CS 2x00/DMS switch and in Contact Center Manager Administration.
For information about defining RAN routes, see the Contact Center
Manager Administration online Help.
3.
Define two music routes. Ensure that you correctly configure the routes on
the CS 2x00/DMS switch and in Contact Center Manager Administration.
For information about defining music routes, see the Contact Center
Manager Administration online Help.
4.
Create a Master script similar to the following sample, validate it, and
activate it. For information about creating a Master script, see the Contact
Center Manager Scripting Guide for Communication Server 2x00/DMS.
