CS 2x00/DMS switch subsystem configuration

SCAIGRP configuration

Use the SCAIGRP table to associate a business group ID for a customer group
with one or more linksets. Each group is assigned a password, a network node
ID, a linkset, and an associated BGID. Use these parameters to log on Contact
Center Manager Server to the CS 2x00/DMS switch.
Editing the SCAIGRP table

Type table SCAIGRP, and then press Enter.
Result: The > prompt appears.

Type add, and then press Enter.
Result: The SCAIGNAM prompt appears.

Enter the SCAIGRP name, and then press Enter.
Result: The PASSWORD prompt appears. For more information, see
"Switch Password" on page 115.

Enter the password that Contact Center Manager Server uses to log on to
the CS 2x00/DMS switch, and then press Enter.
Result: The NETNODID prompt appears.

Type a number for the network node ID, and then press Enter.
Result: The BGID prompt appears.

Enter the business group ID that you defined in the BGDATA table, and then
press Enter.
Result: The OPTIONS prompt appears.

Configure LINKSET for Contact Center Manager Server. This is the linkset
name defined for the server in the SCAICOMS table. You must type $ after
the last linkset name for the group.

Press Enter.
Result: The utility prompts you to save the new configuration.

Type y, and then press Enter.

Type quit, and then press Enter to exit from the table.
