Verifying CDN (Route Point) configurations

Log on to Contact Center Manager Administration.

On the launchpad, click Configuration.
Result: The Configuration window appears.

In the system tree, double-click the server on which you want to verify the
CDN (Route Point).

Click the CDNs (Route Points) folder.
Result: The CDN window appears.

For the CDN, select the Acquired? check box.
Result: The CDN (Route Point) status changes to Acquire Pending and
then to Acquired.

Log on each agent to a phoneset.

Make a call to each CDN (Route Point).
Result: The call is routed to the correct agent.
