DNIS configuration on the server
For Contact Center Manager Server to report on calls to your primary and
supplementary ACD-DNs, you must configure the ACD-DNs as DNISs on the
server.
Configuring a DNIS

From the launchpad in Contact Center Manager Administration, select
Configuration.
Result: The Configuration window appears.

In the system tree, double-click the server on which you want to add the
DNIS.
Result: The server expands to reveal available resources.
