CS 2x00/DMS switch subsystem configuration
1.
Log on to the CS 2x00/DMS switch from a MAP terminal with a user ID
that has the privilege levels required to access the servord utility.
2.
Define the ACD group to which the IVR Voice ports belong in the
ACDGRP table (see "ACD group configuration" on page 76).
3.
Define the ACD subgroup to which the IVR Voice ports belong in the
ACDSGRP table (see "ACD subgroup configuration" on page 90).
Configuring IVR Voice Ports

Type table SERVORD, and then press Enter.
Result: The > prompt appears.

Type new $, and then press Enter.
Result: The DN prompt appears.

Type the DN for the In Calls key on the phoneset.
Result: The LCC_ACC prompt appears.

Type the value of the set type (for example, m2616). The result that
appears varies depending on the type of set you use.
Result: The GROUP prompt appears.

Type the name of the customer group to which you added the ECM option
in the CUSTNTWK table.
Result: The SUBGRP prompt appears.

Type the name of the customer subgroup to which the IVR Voice port
belongs (usually 0), and then press Enter.
Result: The NCOS prompt appears.
7
Type a valid value for NCOS.
Result: The SNPA prompt appears.
8
Type a valid value for SNPA.
Result: The KEY prompt appears.
9
Type a valid value for KEY.
Result: The RINGING prompt appears.
