CS 2x00/DMS switch subsystem configuration

Logon ID configuration

You must configure the logon ID of each agent who logs on to a phoneset that is
monitored by Contact Center Manager Server. If you add an agent in Contact
Center Manager Administration, you must configure the matching agent logon
parameters on the CS 2x00/DMS switch.
Agents can log on to any phoneset providing that they enter a valid logon ID.
You must configure the logon ID on the CS 2x00/DMS switch and on the
Contact Center Manager Server. Depending on the phoneset configuration, the
agent may need to log on to the phoneset configured as their unique Position ID.
Before you begin
Before you configure a logon ID, you must log on to the CS 2x00/DMS switch
from a MAP terminal with a user ID that has the privilege levels required to
change the ACDLOGIN table.
Configuring an agent logon ID

Type table ACDLOGIN, and then press Enter.
Result: The > prompt appears.

Type add, and then press Enter.
Result: The LOGINID prompt appears.

Type the numeric ID that the agent uses to log on to the phoneset.
Result: The CUSTSEL prompt appears.

Type N, and then press Enter.
Result: The PSWDSEL prompt appears.

Type N, and then press Enter.
Result: The OPTION prompt appears.

Select the VARWRAP option.
Result: The VARWRAP prompt appears.
