Voice-processing subsystem configuration
T1_RAW_CAS = 3
E1_MFCR2 = 7
E1_CAS_R2 = 8
E1_RAW_CAS = 9
The MG 3200 is configured with the MPS using the T1_CAS = 2 protocol:
CASFileName_0...CASFileName_7 (or CASFileName)—These are the
names (and path names) of the files that contain the CAS protocol
configuration. You can use one to eight files. If you use only one CAS file,
you can use CASFileName instead of the enumerated names.
CASTablesNum—This indicates how many CAS protocol configuration
files are loaded. The range is from one to eight. The CASTablesNum
number must match the number of CASFileName_X fields.
CASTableIndex_TrunkNum (TrunkNum is an integer)—This field is a
CAS protocol file index. It indicates the CAS protocol file to use in a
specific trunk. The index value corresponds to the number in the field
CASFileName_X.
Rules for modifying the .ini parameters
The following rules apply when you modify the .ini file structure for individual
ini file parameters (Parameter = Value):
Lines with a semicolon (;) as the first character are ignored.
A carriage return is required at the end of each line.
The number of spaces before and after the equal sign (=) is not relevant.
If a syntax error occurs in the parameter name, the value is ignored. Syntax
errors in the parameter value field can cause unexpected errors (because
parameters may be set to the incorrect values).
Subsection names are optional.
String parameters representing file names, for example,
CallProgressTonesFileName, must be placed between two single quotes
('...').
The parameter name is case-insensitive and the parameter value is not case-
insensitive except for code names.
Numeric parameter values are decimal format only.
