To support third-party call control (for example, to place calls on hold, to
transfer calls, to retrieve calls, and to park calls), type TPCC11$, and then
press Enter.

To support status messages, type RESOURCE11$, and then press Enter.

To support agent logon and logoff and make ready and not ready, type
TPAC36$, and then press Enter.

To make a call through agent desktop, type CALLINIT07$, and then press
Enter.

To send status messages for phonesets that have three-way calling, type
SCAI3WC09$, and then press Enter.

To report the state of numbers that are associated with the linkset, type
DNQUERY07$, and then press Enter.
