CS 2x00/DMS switch subsystem configuration
Define the ACD subgroup to which the agent phoneset belongs in the
ACDSGRP table (see "ACD subgroup configuration" on page 90).
Configuring agent phonesets

Type table SERVORD, and then press Enter.
Result: The > prompt appears.

Type new $, and then press Enter.
Result: The DN prompt appears.

Type the DN for the In Calls key on the phoneset, and then press Enter.
Result: The LCC_ACC prompt appears.

Type the value of the set type (for example, m2616). The result that
appears varies depending on the type of set you use, and then press Enter.
Result: The GROUP prompt appears.

Type the name of the customer group to which you added the ECM option
in the CUSTNTWK table, and then press Enter.
Result: The SUBGRP prompt appears.

Type the name of the customer subgroup to which the agent phoneset
belongs (usually 0), and then press Enter.
Result: The NCOS prompt appears.

Type a valid value for NCOS, and then press Enter.
Result: The SNPA prompt appears.

Type a valid value for SNPA, and then press Enter.
Result: The KEY prompt appears.

Type a valid value for KEY, and then press Enter.
Result: The RINGING prompt appears.

Type y, and then press Enter.
Result: The LEN_OR_LTID prompt appears.

Type a valid value for LEN_OR_LTID, and then press Enter.
Result: The OPTKEY prompt appears.
