Give IVR
Give IVR is a script command that is now supported on a CS 2x00/DMS switch.
To use Give IVR, you must configure resources in Contact Center Manager
Server. For information about the Give IVR script command, see the Nortel
Contact Center Manager Scripting Guide for Communication Server 1000/
Meridian 1 PBX or the Nortel Contact Center Manager Scripting Guide for
Communication Server 2x00/DMS. Give IVR affects the following sections:

Five-digit agent IDs
In Contact Center Manager Release 6.0, the maximum number of agent logon
IDs is now 30 000. Previously, the maximum number of logon IDs was 9999.
