NONE for no distinctive ringing
INBOUND for distinctive ringing on inbound calls
OUTBOUND for distinctive ringing on outbound calls
BOTH for distinctive ringing on both inbound calls and outbound calls

Result: The OBSWTONE prompt appears.

Type y if an ACD agent receives a warning tone when a supervisor
activates observation. Otherwise, type n.

Press Enter.
Result: The FRCNGTSV prompt appears.

Type y to select the forced night-service (FRCNGTSV) option. Otherwise,
type n. Forced night service prevents calls from remaining in a queue when
night service is activated.
