Predefined values
The following fields in the Contact Center Manager Server configuration have
predefined values:
Contact Center
Manager Server

Service Version
To change the service ID or service version, use the Feature Report utility on
Contact Center Manager Server. You must correctly set these fields to take
advantage of the features of the operating system that you use.
Contact Center Manager Server logon parameters
The following are Contact Center Manager Server logon parameters.
Network Node
The network node
uniquely identifies a switch (CO switch or PBX) in a customer network.
The customer assigns the network node ID to ensure uniqueness in a
network that can consist of public and private nodes.
