On the target node, perform the following steps:
Define a CDN Landing Pad. Ensure that you correctly configure it on
the CS 2x00/DMS switch and in Contact Center Manager
Administration.
Define an agent. Ensure that you correctly configure the agent on the
CS 2x00/DMS switch and in Contact Center Manager Administration.
Assign the agent to the network skillset configured in step 4. For more
information about assigning skillsets to agents, see the Contact Center
Manager Administration online Help.
4.
On the Network Control Center, perform the following steps:
Define a network skillset in Contact Center Manager Administration.
For more information about defining skillsets, see the Contact Center
Manager Administration online Help.
Configure the routing table for the source node so that calls to the
network skillset search for agents at the target node. For more
information about configuring the routing table, see the Contact Center
Manager Network Control Center Administrator's Guide and the
Contact Center Manager Administration online Help.
5.
On the target node, assign the agent to the network skillset. For more
information about assigning skillsets to agents, see the Contact Center
Manager Administration online Help.
Verifying CDN Landing Pad configuration

Log on to Contact Center Manager Administration.

From the launchpad, select Configuration.
Result: The Configuration window appears.

From the system tree, select the server on which you want to verify the
CDN Landing Pad.
