5 Type the remainder of the directory number for the CDN, and then press
Enter.
Result: The DN_SEL prompt appears.
6 Type FEAT, and then press Enter.
Result: The FEATURE prompt appears.
7 Type ACD, and then press Enter.
Result: The ACDGRP prompt appears.
8 Type the name of the ACD group you defined for this CDN in the ACDGRP
table, and then press Enter.
Result: The DNTYPE prompt appears.
9 To assign the first DN to the group, type PRIM and then press Enter. You
must define all other DNs as SUPP.
Result: The TRUNK prompt appears.
10 Type 0 (zero), and then press Enter.
Result: The LINE prompt appears.
11 Type 0 (zero), and then press Enter.
Result: The utility prompts you to save the new CDN.
12 Type Y, and then press Enter.
13 Repeat steps 2 through 12 for each CDN that you want to define.
14 Type quit, and then press Enter to exit from the table.
Configuring an ACD-DN or supplementary DN
1 Type table DNROUTE, and then press Enter.
Result: The > prompt appears.
2 Type add, and then press Enter.
Result: The DN prompt appears.
3 Type the DN for the ACD-DN or supplementary DN, and then press Enter.
Result: The DN_SEL prompt appears.
4 Type FEAT, and then press Enter.
Result: The FEATURE prompt appears.
