DLP-D37 Reset a TCC2/TCC2P Card Using CTC

When a software reset is performed on an active TCC2/TCC2P, the AIC-I card goes through an

initialization process and also resets. The AIC-I card reset is normal and happens each time an active
TCC2/TCC2P card goes through a software-initiated reset.
In node view, right-click the TCC2/TCC2P card to reveal a shortcut menu.
Step 1
Click Reset Card.
Step 2
Click Yes when the confirmation dialog box appears.
Step 3
Click OK when the "Lost connection to node, changing to Network View" message appears.
Step 4
Note
Confirm that the TCC2/TCC2P card LED is amber (standby).

Return to your originating procedure (NTP)
