Symptom
A login user failed to enter global configuration mode after entering a password.
Fault Analysis
An incorrect password was used when the user tried to enter global configuration mode.
Solution
For the handling method, refer to

- change current path
- exit from BootManager mode
- format flash
- get/put file from/to FTP server
- print online help
- load zImage
- list files in current directory
- change [source] name to [destination] name
- get poe firmware version
- perform REBOOT of the CPU
- remove file
- show board information
- update boot or firmware
