Voice Bandwidth
When WAN link is used for processing VoIP call, this is the function to
calculate media bandwidth used as WAN link by using voice bandwidth set up,
and control in order that the bandwidth that is more than the permitted
bandwidth may not be used in VoIP media. In Voice Bandwidth, payload for
voice, not for signal bandwidth, is available.

Local voice busyout
Local voice busyout monitors the status of Ethernet/WAN etc. and set a
certain port or Digital trunk timeslot to busyout. An operator is also able to set
voice-port, DS0-group voice-port, BRI port, and Digital trunk timeslots to
busyout.
The objects of busyout monitoring can monitor gatekeeper, sip-server,
Ethernet interface, WAN interface(bundle interface), and SIP Peer.
The objects of busyout monitoring can be classified, a user is able to gather
monitoring lists, create a class, and add the class to the objects of monitoring,
in order to include the objects of class defined in the monitoring list into the
objects of monitoring.
