Call Transfer holds a call in conversation and originates a
new call to an extension number you want to transfer your
call. After an extension subscriber you want to transfer your
call answers the call, Consultative Call Transfer transfers the
call by hooking on.
This function is to transmit distinctively designated rings according
as the terminating call of a subscriber is on-net or off-net.
