Establishing a Trunk-CSPF disabled

In the Ubigate iBG3026 implementation, Constrained Shortest Path
First(CSPF) is enabled by default.Typically, CSPF is disabled when all the
participating nodes do not support the required traffic engineering extensions
and configure LSPs manually to use an explicit path. In this case, LSP is
established only along the path specified by the operator.
